Leaves
of Tea web ring connects web sites of interest to those who enjoy the culture, civility,
and celebration of tea (Camellia sinensis). If you maintain a web site or web
page that offers high-quality content and/or product offerings about tea or related to tea
or tea accessories, you are welcome to join it to the Leaves of Tea web ring. Focus may be
English, American, Asian, or any other style of tea. Personal pages
as well as commercial sites may join Leaves of Tea.

Leaves of Tea
is the only tea web ring that is audited regularly -- normally every six to eight
weeks -- to ensure that the links are visible and work properly and there are no breaks.
Regular checks also ensure the integrity of the content of the ring. There are no
off-topic or "filler" sites that bore, annoy, and interrupt ring travelers who
are interested in tea. Only those sites that offer high-quality tea-related content to
ring travelers will be selected to join the ring, ensuring that ring travelers will find
the sites of interest and continue their journey through the Ring. Any site that changes
its content and is no longer related to tea, has a broken link, or contains any offensive material, is removed
from the ring. In order to maintain these standards, Leaves of Tea ring will be limited in
size.
Leaves of Tea members'
web site locations are reorganized within the ring every few weeks to ensure that each
site member receives an equitable share of ring referrals.
The
language of this web ring is English. Sites included in the ring must
be completely or substantially in English.

To submit your
site to Leaves of Tea web ring
Please
read the following, then continue to the Submittal form.
As a courtesy
to your fellow Ring members, and to make it easier for Leaves of
Tea ring travelers to find the next member in the ring:
-
If you have other ring links on the same page, the Leaves of
Tea link must be placed at the top of any other links.
-
Ring
link HTML (web coding) may not be changed in any way, except for
individual Site ID number and, if necessary, to change the path to
the Ring Logo Icon.
-
Web sites that do not display the ring link correctly may
be refused membership in the ring, or removed from the ring without
notice.
Please also
note that although you are joining in order to increase traffic to your own web site, in
all fairness you must be willing to pass traffic along to the rest of the sites in the
ring. Leaves of Tea web ring links must be clearly visible and
accessible to the visitors
to your site. Whichever page your ring links are on -- home page, rings page, links page,
tea page -- must be easy to reach from your site's other pages. This way, when a visitor
is ready to leave your site after exploring, s/he will have no trouble traveling to the
next site in the ring. For this reason we cannot accept sites into the ring
if they are
links-only pages and do not offer useful tea-related content.
Sites that do not conform to
Ring rules may be denied membership in the ring or may be removed from the ring without
notice.

the path to point to the image; (2) Change the SITE ID text to the
actual Site ID number you will be assigned when you sign up.
Click
here for Ring Logo Image.
If you do not hear anything
within five (5) days after submitting, please send a follow-up email to the ringmaster to be sure that nothing
has gone amiss.
**Web sites
containing illegal or offensive material will be removed from the Ring at the discretion
of the ringmaster. The ringmaster may also remove sites that do not display the Ring links
and logo properly, or whose content changes and is no longer appropriate for the Ring.**
